Arden Sauer – Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner

Arden is a Certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner, Certified Yoga Teacher and Meditation Coach.

Her inquiry into the healing world began in 1995 following the loss of her Mother to bone cancer. She began her personal healing journey at that time discovering yoga and taking up a daily yoga practise. This led to study of yoga and meditation and she completed a 3 year Advanced Yoga and Meditation course in 2004 with Shirley June Johannesen and Leslie Young through the Alberta Yoga Association.

After having worked in finance and administration for many years, Arden had a longing to serve in another way, to share the tools she had learned through her own healing process. She continued her studies, this time in energy healing and completed the Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner Program at Langara College in Vancouver in 2009. Her study of meditation also continued at the same time and she attended a 3 year Paths in Meditation course with Shirley June Johannesen.

The combination of these 3 modalities came together into a form of therapy Arden created called ENYO Yoga Therapy, a culmination of energy flow in the body, body movement, and mind body awareness. Arden’s own journey of personal healing has given her tools that have helped her greatly along the way. Tuning in to the body’s wisdom has helped her greatly on her journey to lead a happy and fulfilling life, she has great passion to help others empower themselves to do the same.
