The Nervous System is our interface between our inner and outer worlds. It helps to control our bodies, our organs, movement and subconscious responses. It's regulation is necessary for a healthy, happy life, to feel energized, calm and make conscious decisions that serve our highest interest.

Most of us carry some level of unprocessed emotions in our cells - we all have muscle memory! When trauma is stored in the body the Nervous System and Endocrine System stop functioning effectively. We can learn the tools to help it release and process out old emotions, and old patterns. We can help the body to heal old, stubborn injuries and also subtle, slow, low level illness.
